As many homeowners are now aware the Parks Legacy Project and Romspen have signed a contract to purchase the Vistoso Golf Course. A press release from the Association stated that 6.9 acres for high density development included the driving range. This statement was in error as I, as manager, provided that information verbally prior to the plat map and title work being done. The correct information is 6.07 acres and does not include the driving range.

Neighborhood 5 Parcels X & W

Land near Big Wash has been platted for an additional 164 homes. Plans for single story homes have been received by the Master Architecture and Landscape Committee for review. The floor plans range from 1,800 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft.

New Park Coming to Vistoso

Mattamy will be building the first phase of a 6.9-acre park located in Neighborhood 5. The park will have a turf area, play equipment, benches and ramadas. The second phase, to be completed by the developer building on parcels 5x & 5w will complete the park, to include a restroom, a dog park and other amenities.

New Homes Coming to Rancho Vistoso Community Association

Parcel 10J on the corner of NW corner of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Vistoso Highlands is 18.15 acres that was zoned neighborhood office/commercial space. The owner of the property requested a zoning change to allow for medium density residential.
The parcel has now been platted for 39 residential lots and open space areas. This will be a gated sub-association with private streets. The Architectural Committee for the Master Association reviewed the architectural plans for the development. The homes will all be single story homes and range in square footage from 2,873 to 4,019.

Parcel 10T located on the NE corner of La Canada and Moore. This is a five-acre parcel platted for 19 homes. There will be single and two-story homes located on this parcel which will range in square footage from 1,813 to 2,633.
