gov Ducey closes schools STATEWIDE:

Classrooms across the state are empty for at least the next two weeks, and potentially for the next 20 weeks.    On Monday, the state superintendent of instruction laid out the plan for the remainder of the school year, a day after it was announced schools were closing statewide Sunday.
In response to the state-wide closure of schools, which includes all AMPHI School District schools, the Vistoso Community Association Annual Meeting will be held as a teleconference.   Details will be coming in the near future.   Check the website for updated news.   https://ranchovistosohoa.com/community/community-news/

Vistoso Community Association Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, Vistoso Community Association (VCA) offices will be closed to the public until further notice.  First Residential Services (FRS) staff will be working in the offices during normal business hours, however, out of an abundance of caution, they will not be permitted to meet face-to-face with homeowners, vendors, or other persons.  An in-depth sanitizing of the office will be performed to further ensure staff safety.  Staff will be available by phone and by email.
We also regret to inform you that if your neighborhood HOA (sub-HOA) has reserved meeting space at the VCA offices, you will need to make other arrangements.   Please contact your sub-HOA for updates.
The Nominations/Election Committee along with the Communications Committee are currently working on how we approach our Annual Meeting.   We are exploring the mechanics of conducting our annual meeting scheduled for March 26 via teleconference.
The practices outlined above are consistent with “social distancing” as recommended by government and health officials.  As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will keep you abreast of any changes to the operation of the VCA offices and public meetings.  Please check back frequently for updates.

VCA OFFICE MEETING SPACE AVAILABLE FOR SUB-HOA BOARD MEETINGS

Yes, you heard correctly . . . the VCA offices are available to host your sub-homeowner association (HOA) board meetings. Rancho Vistoso is a community with over 50 unique neighborhoods, of which 21 have sub-HOAs. That means there are a lot of meetings that are taking place throughout our community. Many neighborhoods do not have a designated public meeting space, or the space may not be adequate to accommodate your group.

Search no further for a place to hold your annual, quarterly, or monthly board meeting. Host your meetings at the VCA offices! Space is available on a first-come / first-served basis. Click Here to Request
