–ALRC met with new community Fairfield -Vermilion (10A) on January 15, 2021 at Noon – Status update
–ALRC is reviewing 4 granite colors to utilize throughout the VCA to replace the Wildcat Red which has been depleted – Hanna will be presenting the samples in a larger area for a final decision.

–Request Board authorization to move from US Bank @ 0.01% TO Veritex @ 0.35%: $180K Siena (entire reserve funds) and $68k from VCA (to cap at $250k)
–Full audit for 2020 to be completed in 2021 – needed as will only be second full audit ever done by VCA, cost of $9750 (only $3000 budget) – Attachment
–2021 Reserve Study Loyalty Program: 3-one-year commitment, includes 1 on-site & 2 off-site updates ($3000 budgeted, will be less, $650 total savings over 3 years
–Water Conservation Project (AAA and TOV) – need to conserve funds, water is one of top 5 expenses, TOV will supply resources to help identify opportunities for AAA to implement (no motion here) – Consider ALRC and Finance Committee working together beginning in April 2021 on this conservation project.
