• General Session Call to Order at approximately 10:00am
• Adopt Agenda
• Nominating Committee

-Announce the 2021 VCA Slate of Candidates – Secretary Affinati

-Sunset the 2020 Nominating Committee

Motion required:  I move to approve (or oppose) the 2021 Nomination Committee Recommendations to move the remaining election tasks and responsibilities to FirstService Residential staff and suspend Nomination committee activities to reconvene following the VCA Board Election in March..

• Appoint Board Vacancies:

1 Single Family Board Seat

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ to the VCA Board of Directors to replace a Single Family residential seat (“Owners of Single Family Residential Use Lots”) vacated on January 28, 2021, the appointment term expires March 25, 2021.

1 Commercial Board Seat

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ to the VCA Board of Directors to replace a Commercial board seat (“Owner of Non- Residential Use Lots”) vacated on January 28, 2021, the appointment term expires March 25, 2021.

1 Multi-Family “Non-Single-Family Residence” Board Seat

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ to the VCA Board of Directors to replace a Multi-Family residential seat (“Owners of Residential Use Lots, other than Single Family Residential Use Lots”) vacated on January 28, 2021, the appointment term expires March 25, 2021.

• Appoint Board Officers:

Section 5.2 of the VCA ByLaws:  … “if any office becomes vacant for any reason, the vacancy shall be filled by the Board at any regular or special meeting of the Board.”

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ as the VCA Board Treasurer.

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ as the VCA Board Secretary.

Motion required:  I make a motion to appoint ________________ as the VCA Board Vice President.

• Park Equipment Repair:

-Hohokam Park

Motion required: I make a motion to approve (or oppose) the Third Degree Recreation proposal to repair or replace ________________   at Hohokam Park.

-Wildlife Park

Motion required: I make a motion to approve (or oppose) the Third Degree Recreation proposal to repair or replace ________________ at Wildlife Park.

-Monticello Park

Motion required: I make a motion to approve (or oppose) the Third Degree Recreation proposal to repair or replace ________________ at Monticello Park.

-Torreno Park

Motion required: I make a motion to approve (or oppose) the Third Degree Recreation proposal to repair or replace  ________________  at Torreno Park.
