It is that time of the year again and we are excited to see your holiday decorations. We are looking forward to seeing your decorations bring cheer and light to this challenging year!
A friendly reminder per the Designed Guidelines, the Vistoso Community Association allows holiday lights to be displayed no sooner than 30 days before the applicable holiday and no longer than 20 days after the applicable holiday.
Be mindful that holiday decorations aren’t to be displayed in common areas or attached to common areas, and all decoration must remain within the property of each homeowner.
