2nd Neighborhood Meeting – 132 Apartment Complex – Gateway at Vistoso Preserve
Residents are invited to attend a 2nd neighborhood meeting on either in-person or online, regarding the builder’s request to develop a 132-unit multi-family residential development on an approximately 6.76-acre property located on Vistoso Highlands Drive, approximately ½-mile west of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard (the old Golf Club at Vistoso clubhouse site). Oro Valley’s planning staff encourages participation from surrounding neighbors and interested parties.
The neighborhood meeting includes a presentation by Oro Valley’s planning staff, followed by additional information from the builder. The focus of the neighborhood meetings are to hear from residents and address any questions or comments that may have been given at the first neighborhood meeting. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance.
