VISTOSO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC

In response to the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, Vistoso Community Association (VCA) offices will be closed to the public until further notice.  First Residential Services (FRS) staff will be working in the offices during normal business hours, however, out of an abundance of caution, they will not be permitted to meet face-to-face with homeowners, vendors, or other persons.  An in-depth sanitizing of the office will be performed to further ensure staff safety.  Staff will be available by phone and by email.

We also regret to inform you that if your neighborhood HOA (sub-HOA) has reserved meeting space at the VCA offices, you will need to make other arrangements.   Please contact your sub-HOA for updates.

The Nominations/Election Committee along with the Communications Committee are currently working on how we approach our Annual Meeting.   We are exploring the mechanics of conducting our annual meeting scheduled for March 26 via teleconference.

The practices outlined above are consistent with “social distancing” as recommended by government and health officials.  As this is a rapidly changing situation, we will keep you abreast of any changes to the operation of the VCA offices and public meetings.  Please check back frequently for updates.
