  1. RVB Streetlights: The Rancho Vistoso Boulevard street lights were turned off March 18th following membership input and a unanimous vote by the Board of Directors.  Work is underway for removal of the light poles.
  2. Entry Monuments: The Board of Directors approved the refurbishment of the Rancho Vistoso monuments at Tangerine and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard.  This involves removal of the grass with new desert landscaping that will save over 600,000 gallons of water per year.  Additionally, the Board approved a separate contract to refurbish the existing signage at the two Tangerine Rancho Vistoso entry monuments, the two Oracle Rancho Vistoso entry monuments, and the Vistoso Highlands bell tower logo.
  3. Irrigation Repairs: Irrigation repairs are scheduled to start this month on the North side of Desert Fairway Drive between Toucan Drive and W Sand Rake Drive.  The repairs are anticipated to take about two weeks.  While we do not anticipate disruption to traffic flow, residents are reminded to use caution in this area as crews will be working along the roadway.
