UPDATE 3/11/26 – The corrected annual meeting packet and ballots were sent out for the Single Family and Other Than Single Family voting categories. If you have returned a blue or yellow ballot from the first mailing for one of these voting categories, it is invalid. You must recast your ballot using the green paper ballot if you are choosing to do paper ballots. Online voting was not affected, and your vote remains valid. The deadline for voting has been extended to Monday, March 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
Please be advised that the printing company used for the annual meeting mailing sent out the wrong voting packet to the Single Family and Other Than Single Family homeowners. Please discard the material once you receive it. A corrected packet will be arriving shortly to you which will include the correct online voting link and paper ballot. The association has extended the deadline for voting until 5:00 PM on Monday, March 23. 2026
If your account has an email address on file with the association, you may receive an invitation from “vistoso@ivotehoa.com” with a link and your registration code to cast your vote. Please check your junk and spam box. I
If you do not receive one, the annual meeting packet with your ballot has been mailed. It will include the link and registration code to vote on line.
If you decide to vote using a paper ballot please make sure you sign it. Paper ballots can be mailed or drop off at the VCA office at 1171 E Rancho Vistoso Blvd., #111, Oro Valley, AZ 85755.
Only vote once. If you cast your vote on line do not mail in the paper ballot. This can void your vote.
Voting will end on March 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Please vote early to ensure your ballot is received and counted by the deadline. If you prefer not to cast your vote for the board election, please select the quorum only option so the association can avoid calling another meeting at your association’s expense.
