A Zoom neighborhood meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed General Plan Amendment and Rezoning request. The property owner (applicant) seeks amendments to allow a senior care facility and residential subdivisions on portions of the Golf Club at Vistoso golf course. (Project number: 2000844). The meeting will be an opportunity for residents to ask questions directly to the applicant and Town staff as well as build-on the information, questions and comments that have been generated by the 1st and 2nd informational videos posted on OVprojects.com.
