Yes, you heard correctly . . . the VCA offices are available to host your sub-homeowner association (HOA) board meetings. Rancho Vistoso is a community with over 50 unique neighborhoods, of which 21 have sub-HOAs. That means there are a lot of meetings that are taking place throughout our community. Many neighborhoods do not have a designated public meeting space, or the space may not be adequate to accommodate your group.
