The annual election of the 2025 Vistoso Community Association Board of Directors has been completed. The following are the new board of directors and their positions.

Voting on the three initiatives were approved:
- approval of meeting minutes
- approval of IRS ruling to apply excess funds to next year
- approval to keep parking enforcement under the HOA
