
The annual meeting packet will be mailed out on February 27, 2025. It will contain the annual meeting notice, two ballots, and directions on how to cast your votes. The yellow ballot will be for the Board of Directors election, 2024 annual meeting minutes, IRS Ruling 70-604. The blue ballot is for casting your vote to continue the regulation of public roadways within the community.
Additional information will be included in the packet on the vote to continue the regulation of public roadways within the community. A “YES” VOTE means the association will retain the authority to regulate street parking on public streets and to keep the Rancho Vistoso streets safe.
If you have an email on file with the association you may also receive an email on February 27, 2025, from vistoso@ivotehoa.com to vote electronically. Look for this email in spam or junk. If you do not receive one your mailed packet will contain instructions on how to cast your votes.
There are three (3) Single-Family Board positions open and five (5) candidates running. Candidate profiles can be found on the community website at www.ranchovistosohoa.com . Copies are included in the mailing and electronic voting packets.

There is one (1) open position on the board in the Other Than Single Family category with one (1) candidate running.
Other Than Single Family Candidate
Electronic Voting will end at 5:00 PM on March 20, 2025. Mailed absentee ballots must be postmarked by March 20, 2025. The voting results will be announced during the annual meeting on March 27, 2025.
