Greetings from the “New” Board: Yes, we have 3 new Board members following the vote in March. Ryan Hall, Kathleen Hernandez and Barbara Stough are new Board members and Joe Affinati was reelected for another 2-year term.
We had our first BoD meeting with the new members on April 25th and gave an updated status on: The RVB streetlights (reviewing proposals for removal) and the landscape rock replenishment project. Landscape rock is on the reserve study to be replaced/replenished every 10 years and we were 2 to 3 years behind. We have new rock on RVB, Innovation Parkway and Desert Fairways and in our parks.
The standing committees have all had their first meetings with new members and it appears, we’ll have a very short learning curve.
I would like to thank the new board members and new committee members for “stepping up” and volunteering and also to encourage more members to take a look at the HOA and consider volunteering for next year.
