REMINDER: Active construction on the Vistoso Pond Restoration Project will begin Monday, August 10. Under the current schedule, construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
Construction Hours: Construction noise associated with demolition, excavation, grading, concrete work, and other activities must comply with the following restrictions:
Concrete Work
- May 1–October 15: 4 a.m.–7 p.m. weekdays; 6 a.m.–7 p.m. weekends
- October 16–April 30: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. weekdays; 7 a.m.–6 p.m. weekends
All Other Construction
- May 1–October 15: 5 a.m.–7 p.m. weekdays; 7 a.m.–7 p.m. weekends
- October 16–April 30: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. weekdays; 8 a.m.–6 p.m. weekends
Work outside these hours may occur only when authorized through an Extended Construction Hour Work Permit issued under Oro Valley Town Code Section 6-6-2 and in accordance with A.R.S. § 11-269.30.
