The Vistoso Community Association’s election to fill open positions on the Board of Directors has begun. The Nomination Committee, composed of community members appointed by the Board, has been at work since mid-December to prepare for this year’s election.
The purpose of the Nomination Committee is to identify potential candidates to serve on the Board of Directors; the Committee receives and reviews the nomination forms of those willing to serve. A Call for Candidates went out in mid-December via a Special Newsletter and a postcard, with a deadline 01-14-22 for return.
On 01-24-22, the Nomination Committee and the Assistant Manager presented the duties of a Board Director during an Applicant Orientation; Sarah Nelson, President of the Vistoso Community Association (VCA) moderated the presentation and subsequent discussion. There will be a Meet & Greet of the Board of Directors’ Candidates on 02-22-22 at 5:30 PM MST. This is a public meeting via Zoom due to Covid considerations.
Vistoso Community Association voting opens at 9AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 02-25-22. Online voting is the preferred way to cast your vote. For all dates pertinent to this year’s election (Click Here).
Included in this year’s election will be a ballot regarding the Resolution for Revenue Ruling 70-604. Please also complete this ballot when you vote.
